This handmade ceramic Squirrel travel mug features an original Squirrel design and lure that I silk-screened onto the mug. It also includes a reusable locking lid and is made in the US.

How it is made: I throw speckled clay on a pottery wheel to make the cup. After trimming, we apply a silkscreen of a squirrel based on my original art. After bisque firing, we glaze the top lip and interior with a blue glaze that we make in our studio. As a final step, we sand the bottom of the mug to make it smooth for your countertop.

Where it is made: We make all the pottery in our Central Oregon pottery studio on our small farm. It is a family-run business that my son-in-law, Matthew, and I run. Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in the clay, glaze, and artwork make each trout mug one of a kind.

DETAILS

• Holds approximately 16 ounces
• Handmade ceramic travel mug
• Original bass design that we silk-screen onto the mug
• Reusable locking lid included
• Fits most standard vehicle cup holders
• Comfortable handmade shape
• Dishwasher-safe
• Microwave-safe
• Food-safe, lead-free glaze
• Individually handmade in Central Oregon

ART YOU CAN USE

I believe everyday objects can be both useful and beautiful.
