Handcrafted from a red, chocolate, and white stoneware clays and finished with a bright blue glazed interior; these small prep bowls are a great addition to your kitchen. The two by two inch bowls are perfect for holding ingredients as you cook.

How it was made:

I use a bright red, chocolate, and white stoneware to throw theses bowls. At leather hard stage, I carve through the bowl to expose the hidden patterns. I fire it for the first time and then sand the exterior of the bowl for a smooth finish. I glaze the interior with a bright blue glaze and fire it again. The final result is a functional piece of art. The bowl is microwave and dishwasher safe. All of my glazes are deemed food safe.
